Customer Reviews
Good bike, easy buy
Got myself a Cityrun electric cruiser last week. The website was pretty easy to navigate, found what I wanted quick. Delivery was faster than I thought, maybe 5 days to Toronto. Bike is fun to ride, feels solid. Overall, a good experience, no headaches.
Another great e-bike purchase
I've bought a few e-bikes from Heybike CA now, and the Mars 2.0 I just got was as good as the last. Shipping took about 6 days to get to Vancouver, same as my Ranger S did. The assembly was straightforward, and it rides just like my old Mars. Consistency is key for me, and they deliver.
Detailed thoughts on the Tyson
I recently purchased the Tyson folding e-bike from Heybike CA. The ordering process was simple; their website layout is clean and intuitive. I appreciated the clear product descriptions and specifications. Shipping took 8 days to reach me in Montreal, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, and the bike arrived without any damage. Assembly was manageable, mostly attaching the handlebars and pedals, but the instructions could be a bit clearer on some minor points. I had a question about the throttle assembly after a week, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful video link. The Tyson itself feels sturdy, and the folding mechanism works smoothly. The battery life has been impressive for my daily commute, and the motor provides good assist on hills. For the price, the quality seems very reasonable. Future buyers should definitely consider adding a suspension seatpost for extra comfort on longer rides.
Love my new Explorer!
OH MY GOSH, my Explore electric mountain bike arrived and I am so happy! It rides like a dream, absolutely fantastic on trails. The motor is powerful, and the suspension handles everything. I took it out the day it arrived, and it was so much fun. Seriously considering getting one for my partner. Best purchase this year!

Hey guys, thinking about getting the Mars 2.0. How long does shipping usually take to Toronto?
